Practise Routines That Stick

Twenty keen minutes at a fixed hour beats each long slog.

Each Sonara coach hears one refrain: “I drilled two hours and gained nil.” Seldom is the clock at fault — the plan is. Aimless runs feel fruitful since fingers stir; they teach scant since minds idle.

Our law reads twenty keen minutes, fixed hour daily. Set the timer, hush the phone, nurse one passage alone. Brief, daily, willed reps forge the paths that marathons miss.

Slow Plays Swift

Drill at half pace till the run bores you, then climb two clicks per round. If slips recur, you rose too quick — sink back. Pace follows nailed reps, never haste.

Tape yourself weekly on a phone. The mic catches what ears pardon, and a month of clips charts growth best.

Close With A Win

Seal each date playing a loved piece, cleanly. It lures you back next dawn — and returning at dawn is the whole craft.
